Good laptop but no webcam.

The laptop itself was in great condition but the battery it came with was not holding a charge. Luckily I was able to pick up a replacement battery (also from best buy) and it works great now! The only real negative is that there is no webcam on the laptop itself and you would have to purchase one separately.

Good for the basics

So it was a like-for-like replacement which worked just fine. We exchanged it soon after purchase because this model does not have the backlit keyboard which was a dealbreaker for us. Otherwise, it worked for what we needed just fine.

Computer not up to what I wanted

What Happened?????

The mouse pad worked only in a specific area; the computer creaked when I opened it; the screen displayed bars 1/4" x 4" in an array of colors, such as black, grey, white; sandpaper red, black, beige; and the screen slid from left to right. Luckily, Best Buy did give me a refund.

Laptop for school

It came with the internet virus protect, only downside was that it doesn't have a front camera, but I may have misunderstood in description about it.
