Yes. I have three Logitech's remotes (with others over the years) and it works with every device I have hooked up to my entertainment systems. I looked up your device on their website (support.myharmony.com) and they do support Vizio Smart TV. I think the only problem I ever ran into with a device was an old off brand switcher but Logitech has the ability to copy another remotes signal and use it, unfortunately, I couldn't find the old remote. Overall, they're great remotes with some really powerful software that lets you personalize how you want to use it. I'd recommend getting the rechargeable remote because batteries can die at the worst time and keeping batteries on hand is another investment.
