Awesome radar detector. Has saved me a few tickets for sure. Love the fact that it detects lazer radar also.

Works really well. Have drove cross country with and and avoided KA bands all the time. Even helped well with Laser. Would recommend the R7 as well if you can afford it.

The best thing I can say about this is that it works. What more can you ask for? I catch a few false alerts but it’s probably my settings not the unit itself. Recommend it for the value

Not too expensive but very sensitive usually I don’t over speed but you feel safer when you hear cobra warning signal but you can’t see police car approaching from oposite side of the highway

Oh boy let me tell you, this bad boy right here as prevented so many tickets. It definitely does the job and some. Not like any other radar detector that I had in the past !

I love the new improvements that it has over the older model I had from a few years ago. The one feature that I love is the sensibility to limit the false readings going off in front of business with electric doors.

Works very well. Great for sales rep like myself who travels a lot. Several tickets before purchasing and none since, thus far!

I have not had any problems with my radar detector. It has a great distance and has always alerted me on time. it has even detected radars that were over a hill and unable to be seen. Overall great radar detector.

I've probably avoided more than a handful of speeding tickets with this gismo. Since I've had my drivers license, I've always kept a Cobra product mounted on my dash for safety and legal reasons.

Purchased this because my spouse and I go out of town quite often. Needless to say she likes to speed from time to time. This has helped to keep us alert when the cops are around. Lol

Product works great. Gives off a bunch of false alarms but I have it set at the most sensitive setting. Will make further adjustments to the settings once I play with it more.

The Cobra Radar and Laser Detector works great! With various settings you can dial-in the sensnsitivity setting to fit your needs. I’ve had it for a while now, and it’s still working great!

Lots of features to like on this product, and even the couple of annoying aspects of it don't really detract from it. Like - voice combined with beeping, alert you to type of radar and is very good at filtering out noise and does well with other vehicle's safety system radar. Annoying aspects are the regular (non-detecting) display is hard to see in bright sunlight. And mute button if pressed too long puts unit in car battery test mode. Solid product overall.

Radar is great and pretty accurate. But you still have to be careful with your driving. Since some states like Virginia and Maryland does not allow radar.

This is a decent radar detector. As with any device like this don't rely solely on this device. Awareness of your surroundings is needed.

This is my first radar detector so nothing else to compare to but, it has served me well now that I drive 100 mi round trip to work and back. No speeding tickets!

Never really had a radar detector but this one has done the job well and does go off sometimes when noting is around but overall always notifies me when there is a radar around .
