Buggy mess

[Employee of bestbuy] After an update meta link stopped working entirely so can no longer connect to my pc. Battery is pretty bad cant even get over 30 mins. Headset has constant bugs especially with the windows popping up in the ground. Would have been fine as a headset to use for pc vr but it cant even do that. Best buy is not refunding me my full money for it either despite having the original packaging and being in good condition.
