I purchased this product in the color Sand, which is more of a muted shade of rose gold. The Sand color is a very beautiful, neutral shade, with a sleek design. I purchased the matching mouse as well, but the track pad is so easy to use that I never feel the need to use the mouse. This is a good investment for anyone looking for a minimalist design that is equally functional for the price point. I use this for work and for my home office so the 13.5” size is perfect for the commute. Highly recommend!

I purchased this Surface for my spouse. We researched many other options at lower and higher price points and specifications. We ultimately settled on upgrading from an older model Surface II. The product arrived when promised. Installation was relatively simple and compatible with embroidery design software and hardware. fit and finish of the unit as well as great Champagne color and compactness was a perfect match for her needs.

It only has 1 usb port which is inconvienang for it to be a mobile type laptop. Backlit keyboard is far from being lit at all almost other than that I like it battery left isn’t that great either

I am absolutely in love with my new Surface Laptop 4 -13.5 Touch Screen in the pretty sandstone color. This was my second Surface laptop and although I do miss having the option of detaching the keyboard and folding down the little flap in the back, I cannot complain because I decided to go with this option. I love the size and clarity of the screen and love tapping the keys of the smooth keyboard.

My third laptop purchase in last 8 years. Had both windows and mac based before and they served me well, but became aged and unreliable. This Surface Laptop 4 far exceeds anything I have had in recent past. I like the size, weight, keyboard feel, and responsiveness. Facial-rec unlock has never failed me. Worth the investment even at the upper price point.

I honestly can't say enough good things about the Microsoft surface 4 laptop. It is light. It is fast. It is tough. Long lasting battery. The screen is beautiful. The keyboard is a dream to type on. I tried almost every other laptop they had at Best buy and the Microsoft laptop for has the best keyboard. I'm a computer science student so I use my laptop all the time.

I really like surface products because they are built well and contain zero bloatware. For me the screen ratio, keyboard and trackpad are excellent. It is also very quiet even though it has a fan. I really liked this product so much I traded in previous model (laptop 3) to get better battery life and more storage.

This laptop exceeded my expectations. Very fast speed and beautifully designed. I was scared to transition to Microsoft because I’ve only ever used MacBooks. Now I’ll never go back!

Great Laptop!!! Used as a work computer daily, has stood up to travel and lots of use. Easy to use and face recognition is awesome to use for security and not having to remember all passwords and codes to use computer. Keeps all info safe and secure. Would highly recommend for average daily user or the professional.
