One of best radios I ever bought.I put it in my older vehicle and it function perfectly

I love my new radio! Great sound, great features, wonderful screen, and I love the base.

Excellent quality and installation and communication by Andrew. I had a problem with the GPS signal and he fixed it with another appointment and even helped me with some lights that went out on the hvac controls. Great service!

Pioneer radio works great in my Acura RSX Type S 2005. Had to purchase a separate bracket for the radio on Amazon. Other than that no issues. Brad and Dennis at Best Buy Milpitas did great work.

Installed, tuner radio was working, but when trying to connect to wireless Apple car play, screen goes black, reset button front of radio, made the screen blink, but same black screen, and only lights on touch buttons light up. Disconnect car battery, and radio for a day, came back plug it all back in, nothing same black screen. So maybe I got a defect one.

At first, I thought it was great until I did some research after I got my sub I went to go look under the dash and the installer which no longer works at the Warner Robins location, where I purchased it at through the box away my camera backup cable everything like that he didn’t install. My GPS signal locator where I warned them to the wiring is hanging down and the radio keeps glitching out. I would like to get I’m gonna pull it out myself and it says that y’all do not fix that brand I would rather just get it pull it out and get a different head unit and I will install it myself this time.

I ended up paying almost $800 for a dumb installation. They disconnected my original USB input and put another one through the cupholder. My voice input that was already installed, was cut off and they did a jankie job wiring a microphone that’s visible. The GPS never works and the time and date is never displayed because of this.

1 month after purchasing this head unit the bottom half of the screen stopped accepting any touch input and that makes it almost completely inoperable. Not what I would expect from a $400 head unit. Don't buy !

This rating will change if my issues are ever addressed. I am unable to play stereo audio through the aux input. I have tried multiple cables like the one described in the manual. Pioneer technical support is no help. After three calls they are now telling me that the aux input doesn't accept stereo audio input without video. What?! You have advertised it and labled it as an aux input but you cant input audio only? I have been buying Pioneer products for 35 years, if this can't be resolved it will be my last.

I purchased this radio and had it installed in my truck so that I could listen to music using my SiriusXM subscription. The radio is labeled as SiriusXM ready. I called Best Buy for help in locating the radio I.D. number needed to activate Sirius; only to be told that the radio IS NOT SiriusXM ready and that I would need to purchase and have installed a separate SiriusXM tuner installed. I am not a happy customer!

Works great, very user friendly good connections bluetooth etc, installation was courteous, quick and professional. What's to complain about? Great job Best Buy, very pleased.

Works flawlessly. Installed in my 1999 Chevy Suburban and have had 0 issues with it since Install. The Wireless Android auto connects instantly to my Z fold 5 and have not had any problems with the connection to it. Many people complain about sun glare and while the screen does have a glossy finish I have never had an issue with the sunlight making it hard to see. I have been in other vehicles with really bad infotainment designs that cause it to be a bigger issue so its something to be aware of.

Fit into our 2000 F250 and works great. Even hooked up to the original factory installed speakers it sounds great. The operation is simple and the screen is very good. Buy the installation from Best Buy when you purchase the radio then it’s only$50. The TEC at or store was great!

Works very well. No issues with wireless connection. Screen is clear enough and no issues with the touch screen. The only issue I have with it, is the lack of volume knob. The UP/DOWN volume buttons are small and on the side, so not having a volume knob for a quick volume decrease is annoying.

I recently upgraded my 2013 Toyota Prius with this head unit, and I couldn't be happier. It looks great and fits the dashboard so well that it feels factory-installed. The Best Buy team was incredibly helpful. They recommended the perfect option for my car and honestly explained where it made sense to spend more money and where it didn't. The installation process was smooth, professional, and completed in about an hour. Android Auto works flawlessly. My phone connects instantly every time, the display is clear, the microphone quality is excellent, and everything runs fast and reliably. Overall, I'm very impressed with both the product and the installation service. Thank you to the Best Buy team for the great advice, professional work, and excellent customer service.
