Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love the Shark brand and this is no disappointment. It’s super easy to go forward and feels like a regular vacuum going backwards because of the suction. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats but with these bells and whistles you can’t tell.

The best it does a great job, great vacuuming experience

Runs very smooth and picks up all the dirt that my previous vacuum missed. Light weight and bagless

This Shark has more suction than my previous one. The extra odor fighting cartridge is a blessing in clearing the every day smells.

Love this vacuum! Love the headlight and the auto floor adjustment. Would highly recommend.

Love this vacuum. I love the versatility it offers, from taking off different tube sections, and the suction seems pretty good too for cleaning up all the kids' mess.

The vacuum is easy to use. I love the light to help me see the debris on the ground and the feature that makes it self-propel. I also like the debris chamber being clear. It makes it easier to remember to empty it.

Overall, it's a good vacuum. This model features an auto detect which controls suction power of the surface being vacuumed. It works well cleaning up pet fur on hard surfaces. The rug suction is strong, it pulls out rug fibers and may damage the edges of section rugs.

Love this vacuum. Super powerful. One star deduction for such a short cord. Have to replug in cord from Room to room. Overall very happy with purchase.

This vacuum is great. A lot of power and ease of swapping modes and configurations. The color is beautiful as well.

This is a wonderful vacuum. We have multiple animals in our house and lots of hair. It is easy to maneuver and very strong.

Love this vacuum! Shark never disappoints me! Love that Best Buy had it in stock!

I love this vacuum! I have 3 dogs. One is a husky and the other a German Shepherd both heavy shedders. This Vacuum cleans deep and leaves a fresh smell every time!

Assembles easy. Manuvers with ease. Tool options are easy to use.

Good quality unit that actually works the way it says it would in the infomercial

Good vacuum it is lightweight Construction no complaints

Excellent vacuum. I love the auto detect function.

I love this vacuum! It propels itself and takes out the "big effort" to push it over high pile. I also like the automatic adjustment from carpet to flooring. It does a great job! Money well spent.

Honestly the best vacuum I have ever bought! It is great picking up dog hair and the attachment wand works great

Great vacuum! The suction is strong. I dont have to push, it pulls you forward and pullback is easy. Way better to me than the dyson stick vacuum
