Love the product. Set up was easy and it works really well.

I bought this router to replace one issued by the cable company to save $10 per month on my cable bill. I thought it was a good buy, and read the reviews...so I purchased it. No matter what I tried, I just could not get it to work for me, so I returned it with no problems. I have magic jack on my computer...so I guess that is the problem?

I purchased this so I could stop renting from my cable company. I was also hoping that it would give me a more reliable wifi signal than the rented one, however that wasn't the case. It isn't worse, but not better either. Still saving me money in the long run, so not a loss.

I was thrilled to junk my old unreliable modem when this came in! I had provisioned it and paired with my Google Onhub this was perfect, especially with download speed of 60mbps+ and 40mbps+ upload speed! Very reliable and its tiny compared to other routers, great look'

When I tried to use this with Time Warner, they said it's only compatible up to 100mb speeds as it's shown in their website (regardless of the description here). So, check with your carrier...

Good price on a modem that works on Time Warner Cable's system better than the one I was renting from them. It'll pay for itself in 6 months since I'm not paying the $10/month modem fee anymore.

It's a very good modem for the price. The only complaint that I have is that it was a little trouble setting it up and getting it verified by the internet company.

seemed like a good deal, but this modem would not work with my cable provider. A good product, just not for me.

This modem replaces my rented one from my provider. It will save me the rental fee from now on. It pays for itself in 6 months and after that its free.

gave time Warner their rental back and immediately started saving money. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Works as expected but internet is up and down. Working with TWC to determine the exact cause. Works well when up able to watch movies and shows directly and wirelessly with out buffeting.

I was expecting "plug and play"; this product would not accept my wifi information. I had to return it
