Customers are delighted by the ease of use of the 48-Device Universal Remote, citing its intuitive functions. However, some customers express concerns regarding the remote's price and the need for professional programming. Negative feedback also includes issues with compatibility and battery life, particularly in low-light conditions due to the lack of a backlight. While functionality is praised, the cost and potential programming challenges are significant drawbacks for some users.

I have had my share of universal remotes, from infra red to almost every model of Logitech. Most of them have issues. Some much more than others. This remote is a good one, but here are the negatives. Way too expensive. You cannot control or change it on a computer or otherwise. Must have the geek squad to come in and via computer they have things fixed, changed, added through their division. So you cannot re sync it or do anything on your own.The screen is way to small, so if u need glasses and don't wear them, forget seeing anything on the screen..When the antenna device included goes red, u can forget about the remote working.Sometimes u need to change its location.

The remote does what it is designed to do. I wish there was an instructional training video. The instruction given earlier today was excellent (thorough, approachable instructor, understandable, intuitive to my requests AND built upon them), but I am concerned that due to expected time away from the remote I will forget some of the instruction. I wish the screen was larger to permit better viewing. I wish there was background button lighting to permit use in a dim lit room. However, it is wonderful to see the screen of our television and not have numerous electronic equipment about the room. To turn on other equipment from anywhere in the house blows my mind. Thank you for such an innovative remote.

Remote works well. Does control firestick, only turns receiver to channel, so still need that remote. All other features work as described. Happy with that. Bad part is cost of geek squad, $250 to program, claim they can only donit in your house. Which is wrong since they had it all programmed before they arrived be cause I gave them all the info. In house 14 mins for $250 dollars. I'm an elite customer, spending over 4k year. Probably taking my business elsewhere now.
