    Bought this for full price. Its a nice screen and installation was easy but unfortunately I couldn’t install it for a few months during the covid scare. The radio started restarting itself non-stop soon after installation. I figured maybe I did something wrong so I paid an installer to check the install and everything looked good. Thats when I reached out to warranty. Had to mail in the radio, but they told me it arrived broken and I would have to pay almost full price to have it repaired. Whats worse, the only way to get it shipped back would be to pay them another fee. I lost 1500 bucks on this thing. If you buy this, make sure its installed and tested the same day and run it through its paces before the return window ends. I wouldn’t trust the warranty process for this manufacturer. Lesson learned.

    I’ve had this radio 3 days and it will not stay on. It has no sound and displays a speaker wiring error. I’ll not mess around with best buy or KENWOOD for a minute. As much as this cost this problem should have been solved years ago. Ive looked up the exact issue and some poor people have been having this problem for years. Over 3 grand in the entire system.

    Radio is okay it could be better is Best Buy geek squad could have installed it correctly. I went 3 times for my install and it’s still messed up. I hear a hissing noise constantly and my rear speakers do not work.

    I received the radio and wired it up and did not work sent in to have repaired have not seen the radio in four weeks
