A little disappointed with the high price apple charges just for more memory. The 8gb one did nothing for me. 16gb is minimum these days. The spotlight froze many times and i ended up returning this laptop and got one with 24gb ram, a whole level difference in smoothness and no freezing

I recently ordered a MacBook Air M3 that was OpenBox, which was advertised as being in excellent condition. However, when the item arrived, it was in fair condition instead. The MacBook had a significant amount of sticky residue on both the front and back, and even the inside of the box was sticky. I was concerned about what I might have touched while unpacking the item, or what could have been on the MacBook itself. Upon opening the MacBook, I found a considerable amount of debris, along with a medium-sized white flake near the screen and keyboard, which was extremely off-putting. Whoever inspected this MacBook should have notified the customer who returned it that they should keep it, because selling something in this condition to a customer is completely unacceptable.

I faced issue with the laptop. Unfortunately, within two days. Whenever I open the lid from sleep, a flashes sparked. I took apple support for two days and went to return it to bestbuy. They said that I cannot return it as It's in 16 days (14 days rerurn policy). Luckily, I am BestBuy Plus member and they let me rerun it. I ended up buying M2 air. The product runs smooth. However, I didn’t like the sharp edge of the front portion and needle like corner of the trackpad. Overall design and back side of M1 was better to me.

Dear Best Buy Support, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I did not receive my product, and despite UPS being ready to process the refund, they require documentation from Best Buy, which has not been provided. I have made over 20 calls, 10 chats, yet there has been no resolution. Best Buy simply needs to provide the required information to UPS—I’m not even asking for Best Buy to process the refund directly. However, after more than 20 calls to customer support, I have been repeatedly transferred, had calls disconnected, and been told to visit a store. When I went to the store, they directed me back to customer support, leaving me in a frustrating loop with no assistance. This has been a terrible first experience shopping with Best Buy, and I sincerely hope you can help resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please provide UPS with the necessary documentation so they can process my refund.

This did NOT come with the charger. I reached out to Best Buy after not finding anything online. The lady at (horrible) customer service was rude and not helpful. To make this short, I explained that I'd purchased this "open box" in Excellent condition. After back & forth, she told me that I shouldn't be buying an item that is "open box." Now my granddaughter is hours away at college with a useless laptop. This was a horrible customer service experience that reflects badly on Best Buy. After nearly 20 yrs of purchasing from Best Buy, I won't be buying from them again.

I had my 13” M3 MacBook Air for exactly 16 months before the logic board died and it refused to charge. Brought it to Apple Store and the repair cost is $540 but it has a trade-in value of $490. It is literally cheaper to trade it in and get the M4 for $510 + taxes then it is to have it repaired. Buyer beware- this product has a very short warranty and if you don’t pay for Apple Care your device is effectively unrepairable and they’ll sell you a new one for less than repair cost. Absolutely insane world of e-waste and planned obsolescence we’re living in. Hope the shareholders are happy though!!

I haven’t even had my MacBook for a year and it has caused me so many problems. I can’t print, I cant w even pull up the option button to email something without it loading, once it is loading, it gets stuck on loading until I restart it by holding the on/off button. I’ve called Best Buy..they sent me to Apple..I called Apple and then they did 2 different resets and it didn’t help so they sent me back to Best Buy for help. I went set up an appointment with geek squad after I drove an hour for my appointment, I sat and waited for my spot longer than I sat for them to help me and they told me I had to pay $99 for them to do a test on it. I have so many apple products and this is the worst experience I’ve had. I could have just got a bad computer, but Apple or Best Buy has been absolutely no help with anything after I spent $1200.

Loved this laptop while it lasted... It lasted me literally about a year and the display stop working out of no where. I don't recommand at ALL. Youre literally just buying it for the name its horrible.

Apple ruined the MacBook Air. I have had every model going all the way back to the first one and the 12" MacBook and everything in between. If you preferred the svelt, thinness of an AIR or AIR like computer - those days are gone. This is a square. Apple can try to market all the specs however they want but if you are used to and expected an AIR feel this is not it. This is NOT a MacBook AIR. This is a MacBook PRO renamed as an AIR.

This review and rating is mainly for BestBuy Trade in. Nothing wrong with the Mac. Based on the experience i had, i will never buy anything from bestbuy that involves trade in. The trade in department customer service is very worst, rude and not customer friendly. Their trade in instructions are not clear and detailed. The only thing mentioned is to remove the data and remove it from FindMy. No steps on what to include like charger, cable etc. Due to their poor instructions, i ended up in paying my return shipping to get my trade in laptop back. I will return the purchased item once my laptop is returned

for the amount of money i’m paying for a laptop, this shipping is RIDICULOUS. i ordered this on may 31 and was told it would be here by june 9th, june 9th comes and no package is to be found. order was delayed by nearly a whole week. was told it would come june 10th - june 13th. what is today? june 13th. did i receive a package? No. order was delayed AGAIN and now i’ll be apparently receving it on the 23rd.

Everything was great until it went into sleep mode one day and never woke up! It will power on, but the screen has remained black ever since. Ive tried everything. For the price of these things, this is unacceptable.

bought computer. They sent they would send it the next day. They didn't send it for 2 weeks when I was away for holidays. It was returned and they still have refunded me and said they wouldn't honor the price I paid for it to resend it back to me. How it's $200 more expensive. I'm constantly doing this dance with these guys.

Terrible service. Computer did not come with a charger. I had to purchase a 50$ charger the day I bought it and nobody told me before hand. Nobody seemed to care to help me at all.

Defective, ordered online came with reinstalled MacOS with forwarding protocols. It turned on and asked for update of OS. Started update and got stuck on screen time remaining 3 hours and the screen turned black with !. Took it back they exchanged it for another one that did the same thing
False advertising. The advertisement is 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU, but the product that arrived is 8-core CPU and 8-core GPU. I contacted them asking for the difference in value to be refunded, but they didn't give me any fair solution.
