A: All of our Apple product purchases are equal to or less than the exact same model from Apple. I always prefer to buy from Bestbuy since they cover AppleCare+ for no charge under my Bestbuy Total Tech membership!
Q: Do we get power adapter in the box
A: Yes, the power cord and adapter are included.
Q: How does the trade-in work on Macbook Air's ?
A: Depends on whether you do a trade-in and shipping to store or a personal location. Store you must bring your device in order to pick up the new macbook. Personal location you'll get a shipping label from the shipping provider and drop it off at a local UPS or vendor. Just make sure you click the accurate boxes for the device you're trading in and then they will give you an estimate depending on the quality of what you traded.
