A: Depends on whether you do a trade-in and shipping to store or a personal location. Store you must bring your device in order to pick up the new macbook. Personal location you'll get a shipping label from the shipping provider and drop it off at a local UPS or vendor. Just make sure you click the accurate boxes for the device you're trading in and then they will give you an estimate depending on the quality of what you traded.

The best
As a student, I look at laptops a little differently I need something light to carry, strong enough for papers and projects, and hopefully lasting long through back-to-back classes. The MacBook M3 (2024) checks a lot of those boxes, but it’s not flawless. Performance is solid. The new M3 chip really is faster than the M2 apps launch instantly, multitasking feels smoother, and even creative programs like Photoshop or GarageBand run comfortably. The upgraded GPU supports ray tracing and other advanced features, which is more than I’ll probably need for school but makes the laptop feel future-proof. Battery life is one of the best things about it: I can go through a whole day of lectures, writing, and streaming without worrying about finding an outlet. Design is classic Apple thin, light, quiet, and easy to toss in a backpack. That part really matters when you’re hauling books or running between classes. Where it falls short is the base setup. 8GB of RAM works fine for basic tasks, but if you’re like me and keep too many tabs open while running Zoom and Notes, you’ll feel it slow down. And with only two USB-C ports, you’ll need adapters for things like flash drives, HDMI, or even charging your phone. The price is another reality check It’s definitely expensive compared to some Windows laptops that give more raw performance for less. Overall, I’d say the MacBook M3 is a great everyday student laptop if you value battery life, portability, and smooth performance. But if you’re on a tight budget or plan to do heavy video editing or 3D work, you’ll either want to upgrade the RAM or look at the Pro/Max versions. For essays, research, and streaming, though it’s hard to beat. P.S I waited 10 months to experience this laptop I think that’s enough time to give a detailed review.

I finally got my hands on the M3 MacBook in Midnight Black—my dream color, in a machine that honestly feels like it was built just for me. I’ve used previous MacBooks before, but this one? Worldchanger
My Honest Thoughts on the MacBook Air with M3 I recently got the new MacBook Air with the M3 chip, and I have to say, I’m really impressed. It’s super lightweight and easy to carry around, which is great since I’m always on the go. The design feels sleek and modern, and the Midnight color looks amazing (even though it does pick up fingerprints). Performance-wise, this thing is a beast. I use it for everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and working on documents, and it handles everything so smoothly. I’ve also tried some light photo editing, and it didn’t slow down at all. The M3 chip is definitely powerful, and the best part is that it doesn’t overheat, even after hours of use. The screen is gorgeous. The colors are vibrant, and everything looks super sharp.
