This laptop is great in all of the important bits. Has a great keyboard, display is fantastic, and the battery life lasts for ever. However, MacOS and 8gb of ram seems to not be working out for me. Often my computer freezes up and all I have open is around 6 tabs and some light word processor and even then it couldn't keep up with it. I think this may be more due to some software bugs but overall its just unacceptable performance for a $1000+ laptop.

I don't think I ever really want to buy from you guys again. Not bad but also not good. I had the same problem with that fridge I bought 4 years ago. Soooo fix it? No shade tho.

I purchased an open box that is in excellent condition. When I received it, it was in good condition without any scratches. BUT, it did not have adaptor, magsafe cable and original apple box. It was in a best buy box. They did not exchange it for me and told me to return it and get another one.

After 11 months screen broke. tried to fix with apple but it'll cost more that buying a new.

My experience was great, but I was given false advice about the rewards reflect period I was initially told that I would be given a 10% reward 2-3 following the purchase. I revisited the store after a week of no receiving an email to see what was going on and then was told by a manager it would be 60 days .

Store managers of West Lebanon, NH will not acknowledge any responsibility if you need to return. They basically do not accept returns even if you have a defective item.

The outer packaging is not shrink-wrapped, and the entire package is very dirty with black fingerprints all over it, making it look as if it has been used before.

I was charged 1020$ which was including the hardcore. I have not received the Hardcore nor is it mentioned in my bill.

I am not really happy with it. I thought it would be more laptop and it is hard for me to know how to use it.

The customer service is a little weird and on a rush.

I had always wanted a Macbook until I got one for university a couple years ago. I got the 2020 Macbook Air, 13 inch. The fact that you can sync your entire iPhone and other apple products with your laptop is what drew me to it, I like the compatibility between devices. I liked it until I started using it for school and other important tasks, when I realized it has MAJOR compatibility issues. Not only does it not render my school platform software properly, but it also has absolutely no defense system against malware. I somehow contracted a Chrome malware hijjacker where whenever I tried to use Google through the Chrome application, it brings me to Yahoo sreahc every single time. If you look it up online, it's known as the "search location" por "search marquis" virus. I tried everything on the entire web to fix it, i ALSO briught it to the Geek Squad at BestBuy ANDDDDD the Apple store where neither helped at all. Both places basically told me that there's nothing they can do about it. I went to look for virus encrypted in the code myself because I am familiar with internal computer operating systems. I was able to locate the virus but could'nt figure out how to get rid of it. The apple workers told me they can't figure it out and to just deal with it. I'm sorry but how do you not know how to navigate your own operating system? The M1-3 system is absolutely trash, no compatibility, no organization, hence the PERMANENT hacker. I know it's a CHROME issue, but its your operating system, how can you not know how to access it? I love apple but man I will absolutely NEVER purchase a Macbook ever again. If you plan to use it for work or school, I recommend a Windows machine.
