the first days is not easy because we usually use flat pillows but when you find the correct way to used is the best. it stay cool the entire time, and is really confy.

This pillow is average. I was hoping for a pillow that actually supported my neck regardless of the position I sleep but it’s the same as any other cheaper pillow that I purchased. I would say that it did not have the awful smell as others had claimed.
