Desperately needed a laptop but this hurt me beyond belief. Buyer beware! So it worked for about a week. Then it blacked out and fried my USB stick. This laptop ruined my semester at school (failed) and my USB data saver that had 2years of my bachelor's degree on, including expensive books, it's all gone. Yes I tried to return it to Best buy but they refused to take it back even though it was within the 14day policy. Said it appeared to have a "film" over the screen. That's how I bought it! Aside from the issues, it would constantly kick me off WiFi and it was so slow I couldn't connect to any websites. This was my first time purchasing HP (besides printers) and I will never buy their products again. I am ashamed for being ripped off so easily!

If I could give no star I would. I purchase this laptop for my son to use for school purposes and in less than 30 days the laptop kept shutting off by itself and kept giving error codes. It won’t allow you to stay on a webpage for more than 10 minutes before cutting off repeatedly. It’s very annoying. I tried to return in store and I was denied a refund because it was pass 14 days. To only give 14 days on an electric is ridiculous. The laptop been giving problems since the first use. To be stuck with this laptop that doesn’t work is unfair. I was sent to geek squad and they wanted $100 just to run diagnostic to figure out the problem and then I will have to pay additional to fix the problem. This was just robbery because this laptop has no use…

Worst laptop and service I’ve ever had. The screen is VERY thin cheap plastic. I never dropped it and always used a laptop bag. It developed long stress cracks that made viewing the screen out of the question. The kicker? I Called HP, they blamed it on me. Offered to repair it for $178 bucks. I had it totally loaded with new specialty software so said FINE! I’ll pay for it. They billed my Amex 23 times! Locked up my card for weeks and the didn’t even APOLOGIZE! I canceled the repair put stop payments on the card and bought a new DELL with an aluminum case.

This laptop is so dang slow! The guy at Best Buy was right. Definitely a poor choice to go with. This is getting returned ASAP. I can’t even use the internet without it saying the web page cannot load and it lags when I type. It feels like an old laptop that needs to be replaced after several years of use. Maybe even worse. And it’s fresh out the box! Save your money and invest in something better than this trash.

I hate this laptop with ever fiber of my being, I only needed it to be able to connect to my printer and print off papers otherwise I hate it, super slow no matter what I do and it was brand new! I’m very disappointed in this HP laptop and wish I never bought this computer I could I paid a bill instead!

The Laptop was great when I first received it then the screen started to go blank and freeze at times. The battery life lasts a while & the screen quality is great.

Horrible , I got this computer for SCHOOL work. And I can’t even take my OA through zoom. It won’t load, the speed is awful. I have great internet , so it’s not my internet speed. I’m so frustrated with this computer.

Slowwww…I asked at time of purchase about speed and was told this laptop would be fine as long as I didn’t have 10+ tabs open. It’s not fine…even with a single tab open. And 14 day return policy….seriously BestBuy !?!

Initial set up to use the computer took like 45 mins. After set up, I tried to open Bing to download Firefox but it took another 30 mins just to open the Firefox website to get to the download and to download the installer. So excruciatingly slow. You really get what you pay for.

Should have known by the price! Laptop is slow and barely works. Missed our return window in the Holiday season rush. Don’t waste your money! Cute color and good size!

The computer is slow and it blacks out having alot of issues. i also had issues connecting it to WiFi

I’d rather give this thing no stars! It’s crap! Purchased on sept 29-2023 and now on oct. 17-2023 it is glitching the screen keeps changing colors it’s ridiculous

Slow . Extremely slow. Can’t do anything without pop ups or errors. Newly purchased and only use was taking it out the box

The screen is broke and I just bought it in March. I took it on a work trip and when I got home, the screen all of a sudden was white and had a bunch of colored lines running across it.

Ordered open box/excellent condition option. No manual and refuses to turn on (power up), will be returning it and waiting for a different unit to come on sale and will not be ordering anything open box ever again.

Absolutely horrible this laptop is not only super slow it’s got to be one of the worst definitely upset

I am very unsatisfied with the fact that I purchased this device, only had 14 days to return if their were any issues and of course 14 days passed and the device just completely stopped powering on for me. I am under the impression that this device was damaged prior to my purchase.

This laptop keyboard driver quit working and I cannot even unlock it to reset the drivers. I bought it 26 days ago and it is beyond the 15 day return policy. So I am out $200… or pay the geek squad to fix it. I guess I got what I paid for.

How this computer for not even a month and it is the worst computer

The computer looked brand new but ran like it was refurbished. It didn’t matter how many times i reset it. I had to return it and get a different laptop from a different store.
