This washer is great, it’s sleek, easy to use, quiet, and it gets the clothes clean! Nice washer without the expensive price!

I bought the washer and dryer set and had a great experience during purchasing, delivery, and customer service from Best Buy. Pros- It has more bells and whistles than I really understood at first but it is intelligently designed to trouble shoot problems through both the wash and dry process. -It can detect if your load is unbalanced and correct it, sense the size of your load and the weight and redistribute it before washing. -Also both have child lock safely features (which I do not need anymore) but I appreciate the safety design as a parent. -There are safety features in the dryer that can detect faulty electrical connection and a blocked/ clogged dryer vent. -Both have a large capacity to wash and dry which is a plus but you can also do very small loads too. -I like the digital faceplate and lights that make it easier to read and know how much time is left for each load. -If you don’t like the musical tone you can deactivate it. -Allows you to deactivate the child lock and add clothing after you start load. -Less soap is required than I have previously used in other washers. -The store associates really knew their product and explained the many features as well as the pros and cons for each model I was considering. -Delivery was on time and well managed. Nothing was damaged and they delivered upstairs to my laundry room. Wore masks and were polite. -Overall it washes and dries about the same quality as my former cheaper W/D but the features make it a lot more convenient to customize my laundry for the appropriate setting needed and allows for bigger capacity loads. -Dryer door can be changed to open on either side. Instructions included on how to do it in the manual. They charge $50 to do it for you (and it is still probably worth it to avoid the hassle) but I did it myself. -Lint trap catcher allows for easier removal of lint than other types of dryers. Cons- You basically need to read the entire manual to use correctly. -The slanted dryer top does not allow for putting things like a basket or folding clothes on top. -They say “fingerprint resistant” but that includes the sides of the machine-not the top area where you constantly touch. -Top areas of both washer and dryer scratch easily from normal use. -Surprisingly tangles loads pretty well in the washer without an agitator. -Dryer will detect items are dry and turn off even if it is a wadded ball of sheets and the inside is still wet. You have to keep unwadding and restarting to finish drying. -Static cling attracts all the lint to the top/sides of the machines. -Would not recommend this washer for anyone shorter than 5’4” as it takes a serious nose-dive to empty out the wash basin. A step stool would be helpful or even necessary otherwise.

My wife and I were excited for our new washer. Ordered online and received it promptly. Unfortunately for us, i didn't know I had to remove the old washer so the guys that were going to install didn't. It was easy to install thankfully,but as I was leveling out the washer I noticed a dent on the side,which put a gap on top of the washer under lid. It doesn't affect performance thankfully. Other than that the experience was nice and I recommend it. Just inspect it beforehand so you're not surprised. Also the claim I did was really easy and they agreed to reimburse me within 14 days which it has been a bit over 3 weeks now. So again just be cautions and patient.

I replaced my 3.5 cubic LG front loader with this Samsung washer. I hated the mold that grew in the front loader and it always had a smell to it no matter much I cleaned it. I am so happy I got this washer. It is so much bigger. It doesn’t smell and clothes come and very clean. I also like active water jet feature. Nice upgrade. Lots of bells and whistles without going overboard.

So I’ve only had this washing machine for a few days but I absolutely love it! My favorite feature is the water jet feature that allows you to pre-treat clothes. So when I need to pay special attention to armpit areas or a particular stain, I can do that right from this washing machine. A little back story. We bought an LG back in 2015, it clunked out on us in August. We got an open box Maytag and immediately noticed the same day it wasn’t agitating. Went back and bought a new Maytag and the agitator stopped working exactly 2 weeks after purchasing. I was hot! School was starting and we are a family of 6. I saw this one and exchanged it. Back to the washer. I have caught up on 12 loads of clothes and they are clean and exactly what I expect out of a washer. It can handle heavy items like blankets and jeans with no problem. The tune that plays at the end to let you know that it’s complete is just an added bonus. I posted on Facebook, about my happiness when the washer was delivered. A school friend replied that she bought the same set and she loves it as well. I hope that this continues to work as expected for many years.

Great washer. It has plenty of bells and whistles, plus it works like a champ. It can hold a lot of clothes and handles the bigger loads no problem. I replaced my older front load LG washer (which was a lot smaller, and broke after five years) and plan on buying the matching dryer this year as well. Very pleased with this washer. I would recommend to others. FYI, I have only used this for a month. You can still tell it’s a quality washer, but things eventually have issues. I will write an update at six months.

The easiest big ticket purchase I have ever made. Mercedes spent a lot of time finding me the best machines within my budget and making sure I had enough to get my protection plan. She was so wonderful to work with and you can tell she genuinely wants her customers to get exactly what they need. Delivery and set up went just as smooth. A+

We love this new washer.. we went from very basic, turn knob to this high end washer .. we couldn't be happier we made the change. It took us a few days to figure it out.. if you are in the market for a great washer, don't pass up this Samsung washer .. get it !!

I bought this washer for my son and his family as a gift. They received it yesterday and called me while they were washing everything in the house. The capacity is huge, and I suspect the matching dryer will be in their future. They are so pleased with this purchase and loved the service by the delivery guys from the Douglasville, GA store. The delivery was prompt, the attitudes were great and they removed the old washer without any complaints. Organizing a purchase from WA to GA and getting it delivered seemed overwhelming and Best Buy made it quick and easy.

We recently purchased a new home, and we needed a washer and dryer; we settled on the Samsung 5.0 cu.ft. models, and we weren't disappointed. There are options for any sort of load that you need to do, and the settings are highly customizable if there isn't a particular set that fits your needs. The operation is simple, the installation is easy, and the cycles are very quiet. It is a little on the expensive side, but it is well worth it.

We have 3 teenage boys who are all in sports. This washer is the only one that can keep up with our needs. We love it. Great options!

I’m loving my new washer and I bought the same time with the dryer. Both off them are so great to use.

Really enjoy the black finish. In roughly 10 loads ive noticed that the top load isnt holding water anywhere for build up of mold. The size is great while washing alot of clothes and bed sheets at the same time.

This is such a great washing machine ! as a replacement to our 20+ year old we had when we moved into our place . There’s plenty of washing options and it’s very quiet. Love it ! would recommend in a heartbeat

Much more capacity than any other washer I’ve owned. Example, I was able to wash a queen sheet set & the mattress topper in one load with over crowding. So far so good.

I love this machine and have had no issues with it working at all. The cycles are easy to understand and everything is pretty standard as far as types of loads. It is a very deep tub but that is good in my opinion. The sound it makes when the wash is done is weird but not unpleasant. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Bought the matching electric dryer. The color of these appliances are beautiful. Have had Samsung appliances before. Never had a problem. Also purchased a Samsung counter depth refrigerator. So far no complaints.

Outstanding features, very upscale with proven ability to wash a variety of items with a number of options. Clothes smell sanitized, colors remain vibrant, whites are brighter. Epic washer!!
