A: I just purchased the washer/dryer set and was also looking for one that has a full water level. I am very happy with it, there is a deep fill option that fills the water to the top so that heavily soiled clothes get clean. In order for the deep fill option to work it has to be on certain cycles (heavy, colors) it does not work on a normal wash cycle. This is a great choice if you are looking for a deep fill option.

A: There is a pause button that stops the washer and unlocks the lid to allow adding what you need. Once the lid is closed and pause button resumed it relocks the lid and continues wash.
A: The machine does have sensors in it to control water level. I've used it to run single items through and it has no problem using a minimum amount of water while still getting things clean. Works great when you need to wash things like pillows or blankets. Even works on stuffed animals.
Q: What kind of soup is this machine take

A: I purchased: Smart Choice - 6' Stainless-Steel Washing Machine Fill Hose (2-Pack) Model:5305516562 SKU:5446387. However, if you buy the matching dryer with the steam option you will need an additional fill hose.
A: I read those reviews as well but decided to take a chance. I’m glad I did. Since buying it in 5/20/20 we have done about 30 loads with no white marks. Most of my clothes are black dress slacks and a variation of black blouses. No spots on any of those and none on jeans (we have both blue and black jeans). I’m assuming the reviews were because of a wrong type of soap maybe or overloading the soap dish - not sure. We have had nothing but great results and are very happy with our purchase.
