This washer is great, it’s sleek, easy to use, quiet, and it gets the clothes clean! Nice washer without the expensive price!

I bought the washer and dryer set and had a great experience during purchasing, delivery, and customer service from Best Buy. Pros- It has more bells and whistles than I really understood at first but it is intelligently designed to trouble shoot problems through both the wash and dry process. -It can detect if your load is unbalanced and correct it, sense the size of your load and the weight and redistribute it before washing. -Also both have child lock safely features (which I do not need anymore) but I appreciate the safety design as a parent. -There are safety features in the dryer that can detect faulty electrical connection and a blocked/ clogged dryer vent. -Both have a large capacity to wash and dry which is a plus but you can also do very small loads too. -I like the digital faceplate and lights that make it easier to read and know how much time is left for each load. -If you don’t like the musical tone you can deactivate it. -Allows you to deactivate the child lock and add clothing after you start load. -Less soap is required than I have previously used in other washers. -The store associates really knew their product and explained the many features as well as the pros and cons for each model I was considering. -Delivery was on time and well managed. Nothing was damaged and they delivered upstairs to my laundry room. Wore masks and were polite. -Overall it washes and dries about the same quality as my former cheaper W/D but the features make it a lot more convenient to customize my laundry for the appropriate setting needed and allows for bigger capacity loads. -Dryer door can be changed to open on either side. Instructions included on how to do it in the manual. They charge $50 to do it for you (and it is still probably worth it to avoid the hassle) but I did it myself. -Lint trap catcher allows for easier removal of lint than other types of dryers. Cons- You basically need to read the entire manual to use correctly. -The slanted dryer top does not allow for putting things like a basket or folding clothes on top. -They say “fingerprint resistant” but that includes the sides of the machine-not the top area where you constantly touch. -Top areas of both washer and dryer scratch easily from normal use. -Surprisingly tangles loads pretty well in the washer without an agitator. -Dryer will detect items are dry and turn off even if it is a wadded ball of sheets and the inside is still wet. You have to keep unwadding and restarting to finish drying. -Static cling attracts all the lint to the top/sides of the machines. -Would not recommend this washer for anyone shorter than 5’4” as it takes a serious nose-dive to empty out the wash basin. A step stool would be helpful or even necessary otherwise.

My wife and I were excited for our new washer. Ordered online and received it promptly. Unfortunately for us, i didn't know I had to remove the old washer so the guys that were going to install didn't. It was easy to install thankfully,but as I was leveling out the washer I noticed a dent on the side,which put a gap on top of the washer under lid. It doesn't affect performance thankfully. Other than that the experience was nice and I recommend it. Just inspect it beforehand so you're not surprised. Also the claim I did was really easy and they agreed to reimburse me within 14 days which it has been a bit over 3 weeks now. So again just be cautions and patient.

I replaced my 3.5 cubic LG front loader with this Samsung washer. I hated the mold that grew in the front loader and it always had a smell to it no matter much I cleaned it. I am so happy I got this washer. It is so much bigger. It doesn’t smell and clothes come and very clean. I also like active water jet feature. Nice upgrade. Lots of bells and whistles without going overboard.

So I’ve only had this washing machine for a few days but I absolutely love it! My favorite feature is the water jet feature that allows you to pre-treat clothes. So when I need to pay special attention to armpit areas or a particular stain, I can do that right from this washing machine. A little back story. We bought an LG back in 2015, it clunked out on us in August. We got an open box Maytag and immediately noticed the same day it wasn’t agitating. Went back and bought a new Maytag and the agitator stopped working exactly 2 weeks after purchasing. I was hot! School was starting and we are a family of 6. I saw this one and exchanged it. Back to the washer. I have caught up on 12 loads of clothes and they are clean and exactly what I expect out of a washer. It can handle heavy items like blankets and jeans with no problem. The tune that plays at the end to let you know that it’s complete is just an added bonus. I posted on Facebook, about my happiness when the washer was delivered. A school friend replied that she bought the same set and she loves it as well. I hope that this continues to work as expected for many years.
