I absolutely love this machine. Easy use function buttons, quick drying, quiet, and the use of the top washer I use the most since it's just and it cuts down on water usage and time. So far it done the best at getting my clothes the cleanest of all the washers I've had. Only downside to this for me is that the drum is lie to the floor and I have a fused back so I have to sit to load and unload and I'm to short to get the height extender. Over all best choice I could have made with a set.

I've absolutely enjoy my Samsung Flex Washer! I have notnhad any mechanical problems with the washer whatsoever. The only issue is a glitch in the soil control. The times for the light, medium, and heavy are a bit wonky. The light selection adds a significant amount of time, whereas the heavy decreases the wash time significantly. (This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5) The upper washer has come in handy, especially for the few red colored clothes that I have, since they tend to bleed. At the time of purchase of the washer, I didn't know there were different models and I ended up purchasing the lower model. I realized this when I bought the dryer and was very disappointed, as there are features that my washer doesn't have and wish they did and there are esthetic differences that kind of bother me when I walk up to the pair to do my laundry. For some it wouldn't be an issue, but I like things to match and I prefer having a plethora of options, rather than being limited to a few. All in all, I am pleased with the Samsung brand. So much that I've bought the Flex dryer, family hub refrigerator, the linear dishwasher, Flex duo gas range, POWERbot vacuum, Samsung TV (older model), buds Live, and Note 20 Ultra.

Again I’d give this a 5 star except it’s still covered with strapping tape and blue protective tape that the installed decided not to remove and then pushed against the wall on the left to make it even harder to removed. I guess the white strapping tape was just too much for those men to deal with. After a horrendous experience with the dryer install, I would never buy anything that had to be installed by Best Buy’s delivery/installation people. I reported all this to Pacific Sales and it was forwarded up a command chain, but never heard another word. Tape still on machine! Hopeless, there was even strapping tape in the top dryer that was not removed when they did a test run. I pulled it off, but there’s still a piece in the one picture!

Excellent washer and dryer set. Having the functionality of an extra washer and dryer on top of each piece, is really helpful for our family. They are a large set so be prepared for their size. Overall we are very pleased with them!

Broke 7 months after buying it. Top washer controls started lighting up the bottom washers lights. Most buttons don’t work. The ones that did, didn’t do what they are supposed to. Samsung offered no help in fixing it. Don’t even bother.

Samsung Washer is just 2 years old and it stopped working, I am getting the error message It's worth it as long as it is working. But these are not built to last. My washer is just 2 years old and stopped working with an error message "18:8J". When I am looking for someone to fix it, they quoted $700. Also during my search I found that this is a manufacturing defect and a loooot of other folks who bought are sailing in the same ship. Samsung should fix these problems. My previous washer was just $400 but worth a lot more compared to this.

Hands down the worst purchase I've ever made. Bought both the washer & dryer. Neither have worked 100% since about the 2nd month of ownership. Contacted Samsung & have a stack of work orders from the 3rd party they send out to stare at it then leave. Samsung won't replace. Washer leaks literally every single time the top easier is used. It's destroyed my floor as a bonus! Do. Not. Purchase.

Nice feature to have 2 separate washing space. I don’t have to wash towel and underwear, jeans and hats. Love to wash separately same time.

With three young kids I have wished so many times for a solution for my laundry problem. Every day I have a big load of laundry but during the day there is always a stain accident on clothes but those few clothes won’t fill up a full load in the laundry machine. The Samsung FlexWash washing machine came up with the perfect solution for that. It has a small washing chamber on the top for small or delicate loads and a big washing chamber on the bottom for bigger loads. The FlexWash is bigger than most washing machines. It sure is bigger than my previous ten year old washing machine. The black stainless-steel washer (which has a finger print resistant finish) has a chrome trim, a blue LED display and a curved modern stylish look. It looks great in my laundry room. The top washing machine is big enough for an outfit, delicates like underwear, sweaters and I am using it mostly for small amounts of laundry when my kids make messes. It has its own separate set of buttons to operate the upper laundry machine and you can choose different cycles. You can also adjust the temperature manually. This top washer is a life saver for this busy mom! The bottom washer fits big loads of laundry and gives you a lot of different washing cycles to choose from. Depending on the cycle, you can also adjust the temperature manually and set the machine to rinse or spin. You can adjust the level of soil ranging from heavy to light. The washer can wash two loads at once so no need to wait for one load to be done when you have delicates to wash too. The displays for both drums tell you exactly how much time is left in each cycle and a blinking indicator tells you which part of the cycle each load is on. The top and the bottom washer play a song when the cycles are finished. I am really impressed by how fast the quick wash cycle on the bottom washer is. My laundry came out thoroughly cleaned in just thirty minutes. The steam feature is meant for hard to get out stains. Overall I am really impressed by how clean the laundry comes out of the machine no matter which cycle or which washer I am using. The top and the bottom washer are very quiet. Another smart feature is that the FlexWash can be connected to the Smart Home app, available for Android 4.0 or higher, and iOS 8.0 or higher. You can start a load of laundry in the top or the bottom loader via the app. The Samsung FlexWash is a great washer and makes doing the laundry feel less like a chore! The FlexWash is a great appliance with the flexibility to wash a big load, a small load, or both at the same time. It is like having two washing machines in one! I highly recommend it!

Love this washer only draw back display no manuals

Very disappointed I purchased this item hasn’t even been 30 days. I just did the installation two days ago because I had another set and decided to sale it to use my new washer but every single time I try to wash clothes the top washer gets full of dirty water and the other washer is not draining my clothes at all every time The cycle is complete is full of dirty water. I have been trying to call customer service for a few days can I get in contact with anyone I finally get in contact with somebody today and they told me that since it’s been past 15 days sense delivery I cannot return the item.

After 16 years with the same Whirlpool washer and dryer, which actually still work! We decided it was time for some new ones. The Flexwash is an amazing upgrade! I love the ability to wash 2 loads at the same time. The upper washer has more space than you realize. The lower washer is very large and does an amazing job. The different wash options are very handy, especially when there are a large number of people in the house. My family loves the fact that it can be started even if we aren't home, which I didn't even realize when we bought them. The things to take note on would be that both Flexwash washer & dryer are deeper than many older models; not just Samsung. Be sure you have enough space! Mine stick out about 4 inches farther than my old ones. All in all, if you are looking for a good product that does a great job and has some fun bells & whistles.. this is the product!

Love this washer. Upper washer is small but you can fit 3 pairs of jeans or 3 large sweatshirts easy. Bottom is low to ground but cleans my clothes fantastically !! Smells so fresh & clean ! It takes longer than my other Samsung but we’ll worth the extra 15 minutes or so. I’ve washed a thick king sized cotton blanket with 2 other smaller blankets & a few king sized sheets no problem. No balancing issues due to large load. Only issue is where dispenser for the liquid detergent, bleach & softener go is a tight fit. Small dispensers 3 x 2 so it’s difficult to pour the liquid in. But that’s just a small issue. Lots of options to choose from. Not for for towels though which I miss. There’s a towel option on the dryer so it’s a bit odd there’s not one on this matching washer.

I'd been looking for a new W/D set for a while. The pair I had was 11 years old and ready to quit any moment. When I saw this set at Best Buy with the double washer, I knew I had to have it. I absolutely LOVE this washer. I never thought I'd say that about an appliance. I love I can wash smaller loads in the top that don't need to go in the dryer while washing the larger loads in the bottom. I think this has cut down on my laundry time. My only real "con" is that the song it plays when finishing a cycle is a little long and tends to drive me nuts. I live in a small house without a dedicated laundry room, so it can get annoying. BUT that is my only real complaint (and we plan to have a bigger house with a laundry room in the near future). I wish I could either alter it or turn down the sound but I haven't figured out how to do that yet. At any rate, I love the washer. I hope it lasts me at least a decade.

Very pleased with the overall performance. Quiet and very stable. Easy to use. Clothes are cleaner and smell fresh. Love the mini washer for small loads.

We love this washer! Top loader works great, I washed a load in the morning before work and was able to put it in the dryer before I left for work (30 min) wash. Only con is the door opens from left to right and my water hook ups are on the right side so it opens towards the dryer. Lucky the dryer I'm able to swap the door opening on the that so it opens in the same direction. But it is a hassle to reach over the washer door to put the clothes in the dryer.

Love my Samsung FlexWash. Easy to operate and very efficient. I must say that this washer is very quiet compared to the last high end front load washer one I had.

I bought the washer and dryer set. In spite of the numerous features,easy to use, don't have to be an IT tech to figure it out. Laundry comes out super clean, a very noticeable difference from my old washer. The first time I used it, the cycle had completed and when I removed the laundry, it felt practically dry, I actually thought I had done something wrong, but, no, just a very powerful machine. Definitely reduces dry time. And the dryer??? A dream, can't say enough about this set..

The washer’s top unit is great for washing small loads or kids clothes. One disadvantage of this design is that the pedestal is too short and does not have drawer like the old models did for storage. Since the pedestal is too short, the washer sits low and is ergonomically bad for someone with average height or tall person. I have to bend over too far to get clothes out of the main washer. Otherwise I like the washer and its capacity. Advice: Make sure the washer and dryer has some distance between it. Otherwise your washer will vibrate like crazy. I found this hard way.
