Q: Read terrible reviews on the quality of this washer. Evidently there are repairs required and parts are not available; seller and Samsung disagree on repair responsibility; Is this still going on?

A: Yes. Samsung customer service is TERRIBLE. I was actually told by the customer service rep that she would never buy such an expensive set. You could buy two cheaper machines for the price of one of these... biggest mistake ever! Should have bought the whirlpool.

A: No, this is not sufficient for a king size comforter.

Q: Is there a physical size difference between the 5.5 and 6 ft machine? Other than size are there other differences?

A: Yes, 6cu is a lot bigger than the 5.5. The 5.5 is really a 4.5cu at the bottom and 1.5cu at the top. I have family of 4 and the 5.5 is perfect for us.

Samsung flex duo washer
I absolutely love this machine. Easy use function buttons, quick drying, quiet, and the use of the top washer I use the most since it's just and it cuts down on water usage and time. So far it done the best at getting my clothes the cleanest of all the washers I've had. Only downside to this for me is that the drum is lie to the floor and I have a fused back so I have to sit to load and unload and I'm to short to get the height extender. Over all best choice I could have made with a set.

LOVE EVERYTHING SAMSUNG!
I've absolutely enjoy my Samsung Flex Washer! I have notnhad any mechanical problems with the washer whatsoever. The only issue is a glitch in the soil control. The times for the light, medium, and heavy are a bit wonky. The light selection adds a significant amount of time, whereas the heavy decreases the wash time significantly. (This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5) The upper washer has come in handy, especially for the few red colored clothes that I have, since they tend to bleed. At the time of purchase of the washer, I didn't know there were different models and I ended up purchasing the lower model. I realized this when I bought the dryer and was very disappointed, as there are features that my washer doesn't have and wish they did and there are esthetic differences that kind of bother me when I walk up to the pair to do my laundry. For some it wouldn't be an issue, but I like things to match and I prefer having a plethora of options, rather than being limited to a few. All in all, I am pleased with the Samsung brand. So much that I've bought the Flex dryer, family hub refrigerator, the linear dishwasher, Flex duo gas range, POWERbot vacuum, Samsung TV (older model), buds Live, and Note 20 Ultra.

Ridiculous
Again I’d give this a 5 star except it’s still covered with strapping tape and blue protective tape that the installed decided not to remove and then pushed against the wall on the left to make it even harder to removed. I guess the white strapping tape was just too much for those men to deal with. After a horrendous experience with the dryer install, I would never buy anything that had to be installed by Best Buy’s delivery/installation people. I reported all this to Pacific Sales and it was forwarded up a command chain, but never heard another word. Tape still on machine! Hopeless, there was even strapping tape in the top dryer that was not removed when they did a test run. I pulled it off, but there’s still a piece in the one picture!
