Pillow is terrible. Uncomfortable and not anything like the description. Let my partner try it , same thing. It’s sitting on a chair and won’t be used.

[Employee of bestbuy] As the other review stated this pillow is the worst. It is nothing like whats stated at all. There is no "cooling gel" to it what so ever and is a cheap piece of memory foam stuffed in a pillow case. I got it completely lopsided and mishaped, what a waste of money
