If this service is what I think it is then I have a lot of glowing remarks in behalf of Geek Squad performance. The GS installed a new TV and Router for me but several days after installation, when I tried to attach new devices to the router, I kept getting password error messages. GS quickly determined that we were attempting to use the wrong password, the result of a misunderstood communication on my part. Rather than quickly leaving my home they spent time optimizing another TV that I had purchased from Best Buy several years ago. Didn't take long for the agent to do this but it sure made a lot of difference in the picture quality of this older TV.

Cannot say enough good things about my install team. Professional and took all safety protocols for covid throughout the install process. Installed my giant TV, mount to wall, mesh network and hooked up all Sonos equipment to my network/TVs. Walked through everything installed and reviewed all my questions. Simply top notch - would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Great customer service. The technician explained everything he was doing carefully, answered all my questions. He disconnected all of my old cable equipment and set up my new Roku and router and modem. He explained the whys and the whats of everything, so that even a non-tech person like me could understand! He was also very cognizant of the COVID-19 precautions.
