But the blame is on Cox for not providing in-house service. Not sure if Cox’s outside systems were working either. But the GS was on time and tried working all their magic.

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had to call them a couple of times to review steps they hadn't covered about using Roku device (e.g. having to use the TV remote for on/off). There is no Roku written manual (not Geek squad's fault); need to go online for info.
