Usually, the Geek Squad can do everything, but not this time. But the blame is on Cox for not providing in-house service. Not sure if Cox’s outside systems were working either. But the GS was on time and tried working all their magic.

Have used the Geek squad for about 7 years. Haven't had any problems with them. They have fixed any problem I have had.

We had to call them a couple of times to review steps they hadn't covered about using Roku device (e.g. having to use the TV remote for on/off). There is no Roku written manual (not Geek squad's fault); need to go online for info.

Our new Sonos Ark looks well-integrated and sleek with this bracket. Sturdy too!
