I found that Geeks have limited skills/motivation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased two 4k OLED TV's, 65" & 77", and had them installed by the Geeks-everything when ok, although one was out of level. I purchased two 4 k receivers. I hired the Geeks to come out and they were in a hurry. The boss said he didn't know there were two receivers to set up. Well, my wife stated there are two when scheduling. They got the receiver's partially set up and remotes partially set up, and were in a hurry to move on. They stated we should contact Magnolia as they are profit driven and can spend more time doing a compete installation. In the future, I will hire Geeks to install my TV, but not anything more.

Great Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I normally try to do most things at home myself but I'm so glad I chose the geek squad for TV and playbar install. Steven and Alex from Best Buy in Greenville NC were very knowledgeable and spent a lot of extra time making sure our tv was mounted just right and everything was working perfectly. They came back out to replace a part that was defective and did so in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend them for your in home installs.

Geek Squad is Reliable

Mounted TV, had a few cables we needed and power strip available for purchase in their truck. Process went very smoothly. They made sure we understood how to operate everything before they left.

The setup is complicated

We would never have been able to pull this off ourselves, but not only were they speedy, tidy and friendly, they were full of advice and great recommendations.

Love the Geek Squad

I probably wouldn't want to purchase if I didn't have them assisting me.

The Geek Squad guys are amazing

Geeks were wonderful

Wifi system setup

Left me with no printer connection
