I picked the s10e over the s10 and s10+ mostly because it has the flat screen and the fingerprint reader is not on the glass. I wanted to be able to put a glass protector on my phone and they don't sell any for the s10 or s10+. Coming from an Iphone XR this thing is amazing. I don't have the annoying RAM issues I had with the Iphone because this phone has twice the ram. The OS feels very smooth and with a few tweaks you can make it feel very close to IOS. The camera is awesome and focus feature is super cool. I have the latest version of Android (10) as well so that is nice. The Prism Blue looks amazing. This phone feels very light too compared to an Iphone. I think the size of the phone is perfect, not too big and not too small. (Average sized hands). Youtube videos look very nice on this screen as well. Overall I think this is a great phone that has flagships specs with a mid-range price point. If you can get this phone on sale its definitely a great choice!

I updated recently due to slowness and battery issues with my old HTC. I wanted something that would perform in all aspects for a mixture of business/person/general use. I am delighted by this phone. It was super easy transferring everything over, with just a couple of apps not wanting to go. Most of my settings and all my files transferred without a hitch. As far as performance goes, I think this phone is super fast at everything I ask of it. Asking for directions to a store launches and provides directions almost immediately. All apps run quickly and smoothly. The screen is excellent, clear and sharp and the battery life is excellent. I can go almost all day with frequent use and not have to charge. The size is perfect for me and has a bigger screen than my last phone without having a bigger overall chassis. I looked into switching to an iPhone while I had the chance (new SE), but this phone specs out much better in every way, so I'm glad I made this choice for my first Samsung. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate.

Features that I miss from my previous Samsung phone: built in heart rate and oxygen level monitors, customizability in the messaging app, inability to see full text messages without clicking "view all" on each individual message. This is a huge downfall for me. I have been in an ongoing custody battle and having to screenshot & print messages is a nightmare on this phone. I would gladly give up the extra camera lens to have those features back! Now some good things: the camera IS amazing, it is much faster than any phone I have ever owned, wireless charging is a plus, lots of storage memory, being able to block notifications for certain apps in the phone settings, easy screen capture and pictures with swipe of a hand, thumb print reader location, easy one handed texting feature and other advanced features are a plus! I do like that it still auto-tracks my sleep and physical activity thru pre-loaded Samsung Health app.
