I updated recently due to slowness and battery issues with my old HTC. I wanted something that would perform in all aspects for a mixture of business/person/general use. I am delighted by this phone. It was super easy transferring everything over, with just a couple of apps not wanting to go. Most of my settings and all my files transferred without a hitch. As far as performance goes, I think this phone is super fast at everything I ask of it. Asking for directions to a store launches and provides directions almost immediately. All apps run quickly and smoothly. The screen is excellent, clear and sharp and the battery life is excellent. I can go almost all day with frequent use and not have to charge. The size is perfect for me and has a bigger screen than my last phone without having a bigger overall chassis. I looked into switching to an iPhone while I had the chance (new SE), but this phone specs out much better in every way, so I'm glad I made this choice for my first Samsung. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate.

This is the perfect size and weight. It fits well in most any pocket or bag. The sound quality is fine. It holds a charge for ever. I have it linked to a Fitbit and it does well

Nice to have a phone that comes with plenty of storage, good battery regulation, and a minimum of crapware. Really enjoying the upgrade and the location-based automatic sign-in feature is one I didn't really know I was missing. Still have plenty more to investigate about the phone, but I feel I will have this phone for quite a few years to come.

Upgrading from an S6 and an S7 to S10e 256gb. Samsung phones have always been our family-preferred Android phones. Very nice camera upgrade, battery lasts all day even with some game time, messages, browsing, social media. Not really liking the placement of the right button to wake up the phone.

I replaced an older Samsung phone with this one. It is much easier to type anything and to move through the different apps. It also holds a charge much longer than my previous phone. When I am home I used a desktop computer so I didn't feel I needed something to replace it - just my phone with accessibility to apps while travelling.

Sick of the huge phones of today and appreciate a high functioing phone that fits in my hand easily. The battery seems to last forever and the screen looks great. I also like that I can hide the front camera punch hole. Great phone for the cheaper price!

I have owned Samsung Galaxy Phones from the S4 to the S8. So glad Samsung went back to a flat screen. Love the Dark Mode and the power and the stamina of the battery. Getting 23 hours battery time on average with average daily use and a Gear S3 connected all the time.

My one year old Galaxy S10e has been serviceable for the amount of use that I have for it. Out of the box - easy to set up, easy to transfer data from my old phone and since I had Samsung in the past, it was easy to learn it's functions. The battery life is tremendous compared to my older models. After 15 - 16 hours of use each day< i usually have 35% power left, or more. The sound quality, volume level and display are very good. I really like this phone, but here are some issues. 1. The volume control button is exactly opposite of the On/Off button, making it a challenge to adjust the volume without pressing the On/Off button. 2. I cannot send or receive video via text messaging that is clear enough to enjoy. I think that is an Android issue, though, and not the phone. Still frustrating. 3. Whenever the phone upgrades it always seems like functions, Apps and settings, like notifications, get changed. Another frustrating occurrence. 4. As time goes on, the touch screen seems to be getting harder to use. I might have to touch an option more than once to activate. I am hoping it doesn't get worse in year two! So... Galaxy 10e is not outstanding but it has treated me well for a year.

This was a replacement for a Samsung S8 and so far so good. We had no problems switching all the important things from the old phone to the new with Samsung Smart Switch. I was pleased with how easy the process was and it kept us from having to go to the store and have it done. The battery life seems like it is better than what the S8 provided as well. Even with streaming music during work for a few hours. Add on to that the amount of memory the S10e has over the standard S10 and it is a win win. All in all this was a great purchase.

So far I really love this new phone. The screen is great and the camera is a nice improvement over my last phone. Battery lasts me all day.

I bought this to replace a previous Galaxy phone. Very fast and the camera is great. Very satisfied with battery life over my old one.

Great phone, I hope it works as well as my Samsung S7 Active which lasted 4 years. So far so good.

The phone was defective and I returned it within the 14 days of purchase and received a full refund. I would have exchanged it for another Galaxy S10e but Best Buy does not carry them in the store, and I would have had to wait between 2 and 7 days for a replacement - and I couldn't be without my business phone for that long There fore , I took my money and repurchased through AT&T the same day. AT&T was great, fabulous. They helped me get it up and running and I was not without a phone for 1 minute. Best Buy was not so helpful. I LOVE my new Samsung Galaxy S10e.

This was an upgrade from a S8 that was having a heat sensor issue causing the phone to power off. The S8 was a great phone but I really like the size of the new S10e. Battery life is double that of the S8 and the phone is extremely responsive. So far very satisfied.

This phone has great battery life. I work in a metal building and my phone was always on low battery life by the time I left work until this one. I can charge the phone and even taking it to work the battery will last almost two days

Main improvement is battery life. The screen is very clear. Otherwise, it does most of the things my old phone did -- which is just what I was after.
