I could not be happier with the sound and the separate bass speaker. It also works easily with my Bluetooth so it is as if I have a stereo! Easy to install and totally worth more then the cost.

Overall, this is a killer setup for the price. I use it with my xBox One & 65" Sony TV in my living room. I gave it 4 stars because I was expecting a little more customization ability with with sound. The Music preset is what we leave it on all the time for the clarity without losing the low ends, and the movie & game presets are okay too. the rest of them are not enjoyable to use. I bought the JBL 2.1 system first, and wound up returning it for this one. IMO this is the best system for under $500 I could find.

I recently bought this soundbar for my new apartment. the sound quality is exceptional. The entire range of sound is reproduced without distortion. The basses are strident. The initial configuration was fast and intuitive. I've been using it for a month, and I have not had a single connectivity problem, both for wifi and for Bluetooth. The Chromecast built in feature is spectacular.
