Customers are pleased with the picture quality, colors, and sleek design of the 55" Class - OLED - B7A Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. They appreciate the easy setup and great smart OS, and many feel that the price was right. However, some customers have concerns about the TV's short lifespan and burn-in issues, and a few find the remote control to be lacking.
This TV is super sick. The OLED technology is the best tech on the market. When parts of an image is black, it actually turns off individual pixels for super deep contrast. The colors are amazing too. This TV looks amazing mounted above the fireplace. The screen portion is like a 1/4" thick. And the back is white for a clean look as well. We purchased a sound bar, but I was surprised how well the tv speakers sounded.... for well TV speakers. This LG TV has well over 100 internet channels on it, we didn't even care we didn't have cable yet. LG App Store is nice to download streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and Amazon Video. Great for cable cutter people. It also has WebOS 3.0? I believe, to browse the internet. Oh yeah, the magic remote is pretty handy too. It works like a wii remote (just move the remote around to move the curser on the screen.

This TV has everything, the image is wonderful, the sound is impressive in comparison to other TVs of the same price, the “Magic” remote control (that is its name) does the navigation through the menu and the smart functions a children's game, with a pointer that facilitates its functions, all images are displayed with intense colors and stunning clarity, but you are speechless when the source of the image is in HD, with 3 USB ports and 4 HDMI ports you have the ability to connect multiple peripherals at a time, also aesthetically I have no complaints, the screen is extremely thin, and the base with the internal components is not so large or wide, because its silver finish is visually very nice. The set up is very simple and totally guided, as a whole I have nothing against saying this LG tv, you can get for less than 2000 what you could get from other brands above 3000, and if you get it on sale, could be even better. My family and I are very happy with the purchase, my husband is very demanding with the image and sound of a tv, but he is the happiest with this tv.

I waited for this TV to go down in price. I told myself that if it dropped to $1500, I would buy it no question. Well, I had to put my money where my mouth was. After buying it, I immediately upgraded my Netflix to 4K ($13.99 at the time). I watched The first episode of The Punisher and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The picture was so vivid and detailed my eyes needed to adjust to the clarity. Perfect black levels were astonishing. The lights from the New York scenes were pretty intense. Two years later I still love it. I upgraded from a 2012 Panasonic plasma tv. Don’t laugh, that was the best tv hands down money could buy. From plasma to OLED.
