batterys did not work in the key fab.
I bought dead batteries. but now that I let the store sales man put in the batteries the key fab is broken. I was damaged while he tried to open it. It was fine before, the batteries were just low, so i went to the store and bought new ones. the sals man offered to put them in and i said ok. but he broke it. It did not work with the new batteries. So i asked if I could tr another set of batteries. Best Buy said ok. But it is to late. They exchanged the batteries, but the key fab is all in pieces. It was from my home Alart System. Now it does't work at all. I need a new key fab and i think Best Buy should pay for it, or offer me a new alarm system to compensate for my loss. Thank You I did not tell the salesman that he broke it. I left the store and tried to turn on my system and it just wouldn't work. The connectors were damaged in the placing of the batteries at the original purchase in August. Wendy The batteries were selected by the salesman i asked him for help.
