Fits in small places
This hub which, is surprisingly compact, worked like a charm immediately after it was connected. Very pleased with the performance and frees up those other usb ports on the laptop. Some of the software I use requires usb security keys in order for the programs to work, and this sure makes it convenient for any other usb items I want to add.

Works great for PS4
Was having trouble with my PS3 headphones / mic interfering with my wifi connection on PS4. Read that even though one is wifi the other is bluetooth USB hub, they both use the same frequency. Read that a simple fix was to move headset usb hub away from the PS4. So I figured I'd give this a shot and gain some usb ports in the process. Must be just long enough that my headset no longer interfers with PS4 wifi.

Great for a 2-in-1 laptop
I use this with a check-in system for my Asus T-100. When I bought it the seller didn't know if is would work and it does work great. I am fully capable of running a label printer, a mouse, and a jump drive at the same time without using any energy to run it. The only problem I've come across with it is when I put the cord away in its little slot on the back of it, it's a little snug for it.
