Best Buy is an authorized service provider for most major brands. We perform and process repairs during the warranty period, as part of a service plan (click to learn more about our service plans or manage your current plan) or out-of-warranty for a fee. And, we back up all of our appliance service work with a 30-day guarantee.

  1. Most service calls can be scheduled within 2 to 3 days, with a faster emergency service available in many areas.
  2. If you purchased your appliance from Best Buy in the last 30 days, we can dispatch a technician to your home within 48 hours.

Can I drop off my appliance at a Best Buy store?

You may drop off your microwave, dehumidifier, window air conditioner and other small appliance at any Best Buy store. Most small appliance repairs are forwarded to a regional service center.
