A: Description says 28.
Q: Can you stack 2 units together for a height of 40"??
A: Yes I guess you could stack them, since they actually screw into the wall or whatever unit you want to screw them into!
Q: How many dvd movies does it hold
A: Once it's put together you end up with 4 shelves tall enough to hold dvds. Each shelf holds 28 standard size dvd cases, so that's a total of 112. That's what I have in mine anyway.
Q: will this hold our blu ray dics also
A: Yes it does hold blu ray discs as well!
