    Amazing camera

Posted by: from BIRMINGHAM, AL on 05/10/2013I actually moved from a 5D MkII to this camera. With kids I found myself wanting the pop-up flash and a very fast autofocus. The 7D does not dissappoint and is an awesome camera. It was a great camera before but it's even better now with the new Firmware update. You can't go wrong with this SLR...

Posted by: from NY on 05/04/2013I got the 7D as an alternative to the 5D mostly due to the price. This camera has been able to do all that is needed and produces high quality video (primary use) and photos.

Great DSLR w/ crop sensor. Great features

Posted by: from Russellville, AR on 05/03/2013This is a great camera for the semi-pro or intermediate photographer. It was a huge step up from my Canon Rebel XSi. High quality photos, very reliable, weather sealed for protection against dust and water. And very good HD video capabilities. Film makers are actually using the 7D to shoot movies and commercials. Black Swan was shot with the Canon 7D.

Great Camera for small photography business
    5
Posted by: from Walterboro on 04/26/2013I purchased this camera to take the bulk load in my small wedding photography business. Since I got it, It hasn't rested. Its hard to stop shooting. The focussing is just so accurate. The video is also great and i have added that aspect to my wedding DVD. I have once again become a sort after photographer. This camera brought the excitement back for me.
