Not bad, but not great

Received it quickly; it shipped, as advertised, with a songbook, manual, and power adapter.
The learning features are pretty cool, and with it I'm learning now to read music, something I'd been putting off for a long time. After playing guitar for a couple years without ever learning to read music, I now find that playing piano is absolutely the best way to learn to read.
With that said, I have two big problems with the keyboard: First, the display isn't angled upward, so you have to constantly peer down over the keyboard to see it, which is just stupid. Yes, you can try to rely on the audio cues, but you're still going be spending some time awkwardly hunched over the display.
Second, one of the keys is sticky. I noticed it the other day. It's not quite enough for me to mess with sending the keyboard back, but it's disappointing. You'd hope something you purchased new would work correctly out of the box.
All in all, I'm not exactly sorry I bought it, because I had a limited budget, but if you've got the money, I'd probably try for an upgrade.

The teaching program on the keyboard makes it so easy to play. It lights up the keys and the display tells you what finger you should use to press the lighted key. And after you play along with the light up keys, it gives you a grade. It can be a bit frustrating when you know that you a pressing the keys in the right order, but you still get a low grade because your timing is off. However, all you have to do is listen to the keyboard play that part again and you should be able to figure out where your timing went wrong.
The sound on this is decent, but not great. Though there is a headphone hookup so you don't bother others while you are practicing, I have not had a need for it yet. I just turn the volume down low and that is good enough to not bother anyone else.

I live in Japan and the selection wasn't that great for a lighted, touch response keyboard in the military exchanges. I did some research and decided to purchase this keyboard from Bestbuy.com. Delivery was fast and the product worked as advertised. I actually got it for my 13-month old son. I'm trying to get him interested at an early age. I wish my parents had forced me to take piano lessons. Anyway, he loves banging away at the keys--and I do mean banging! It can take it, though. It also has little lessons and comes with a songbook but I haven't looked at it yet.
Overall I'm happy with it. I'm not going to be taking it on tour with me but it certainly serves its purpose.

Just what I expected

I had looked at a number of keyboards (included lighted-keyboards) and so it was pretty much what I expected.
The step-by-step instructions on the lighted keys actually do work. It is a good way to learn to play by following the lights on the keys.
It would be nice if the range of songs were expandable and could include other songs.
