Q: what's the best product to use for backing up your computer
A: An external hard drive. Since portable drives are so cheap now I use them over desktop external drives because you don't need an external power source. They're powered from your USB port on your Pc, and very easy to carry with you and use from Pc to Pc. .They're very small, about the size now of a pack of cigarettes. I prefer using external drives over storing my info in cloud services. I have no idea how safe my info is from prying eyes in cloud storage services.
Q: can I transfer my video disc to flash drive ?
A: Just use File Explorer. Make sure flash drive is formatted NTFS or you can't write more than 4th.
A: This item plugs into a USB drive on a PC and can be used to store up to 8GB of data.
A: the sandisk extreme series of usb 3.0 flash drives will satisfy your thirst, but i question that it would be any faster than a good SSD... also, from a point of security, would there not be a compromise as the UEFI would not be an integral part of that setup oln the USB since it is @ the hardware level ? lemme throw this atcha : i have a gateway ne56r34u notebook w/ 8gb PNY RAM & and a 120gb PNY SSD running windoze 10 tech prevu + it cold-boots (from off NOT sleep) in 7-seconds ... whatever u do, many blessings + i hope u get your machine 2 do what u want it 2 do !!! (btw, PNY also makes a line of superfast usb 3.0 drives called turbo)
