Mostly for looks rather than functionality
Overall, it's a decent record player. It looks exactly like I expected and it has pretty good sound quality. My only issue was that a previous review mentioned that the player had a USB port which I was excited for, but when I opened it up there wasn't a USB port. I was looking forward to using it as speakers for my iPhone. Other than that it's basically what you would expect. If you're looking for basic and stylish, this is the way to go. If you're looking for something that is a bit more functional, I'd look elsewhere.

Simple record player
I purchased this record player because it was the simplest one I cld find that Best Buy would let me use my gift card for. Its ready to use right out of the box. It closes easily which makes it great to move around. Sound quality is pretty good. Its really good record player for begginers.

Exactly what I needed
I just wanted a nice, compact player for my room at a decent price and I think this fulfilled that request. However if you were playing records for a large group, it might not be as easy to hear over noise.
