Wast of money

Once I put new ink in I could not get it to work again. The ink cartridges were full but I kept getting the notice that cyan needed to be changed. I replaced cyan twice, didn't print a page. By this point I was so mad I've started looking for a new printer. Yes the price on this is good but its not worth the hassle...consider buying a higher grade printer from Epson or try another brand.

Broke in first week of use

Disappointing purchase

Set up was easy, print quality was good and it printed quickly the printer was a bit loud and moved alot during printing but I was able to put up with this due to the low price but after printing a total of 6 pages the printer died and I could not get it to work again. I tried all the troubleshooting tips but nothing worked. The ink cartridges were full but I kept getting the notice that cyan needed to be changed. After awhile it would not recognize any of the printer cartridges, not even black. I bought the printer in March 2010 but apparently the cartridges were from 2008 so the ink was probably dry. By this point I was so mad I packed the printer up and got it ready to return, went to another retailer and picked up a nice Canon Pixma printer that has been working great! Yes the price on this is good but its not worth the hassle...consider buying a higher grade printer from Epson or try another brand.

Great little printer

Set up was very easy and fast, it is small, fits most anywhere easily, the speed is great as as well as printing clearly, colors are bright, there are not a lot of bells and whistles to deal with. For an everyday easy to use printer this is absolutely the one.
