Great, simple and cost effecient

Do not expect to be able to use the WiFi capacities of this printer on a Mac without hours of frustration. Even with only a printer USB cable connection, the printer still send out a WiFi signal to your neighbors. HP needs to wake up and give Mac users the same quick WiFi set up it gives for wintel- which it does not.

It was easy to set up in network. My computers and iPad/iPhone can access the printer with no problem.
It is really cool when you can print something from your iPad/iPhone.
Sometimes, it is slow when you print from iPad/iPhone, but no big deal.

Wireless intermittent, then gave up altogether

I lived with it, getting it to print by re-booting it whenever I needed to print. Just recently, after a little more than a year, it has completely failed--test prints pages are blank or only half-printed. Installed new drivers, used HP's new "print doctor" diagnostic tool, and it still doesn't work. It is out of warranty, so it is headed for the recycle bin. Stay away from this printer. It is cheap, but it never worked right, and now doesn't work at all.
