it works - but needs some help

Because the blades are way at the bottom, some of the chopped items don't get fully chopped and need to be manually moved around . The product does chop well, but needs a little assistance if you put too much in at once. It was very inexpensive, so I suppose it is worth the money. It eventually gets the job done.
