Best Buy makes it so easy by sending e-mail alerts to let you know when it was shipped and when it is ready to pick up. Quality and appearance of product were very good.

She has no computer skills at all, so simpler is better. The pictures are not grainy, the show up clear and it is easy for her to turn off and on. Delivery was very quick and got there in time for Christmas. I am happy with this purchase.

Posted by: ohcpa from Ohio on 01/27/2013Took a little time to figure out that you can't rotate pictures on the SD card as it does not save anything to an SD card. You have to go back in your SD card and make sure all the pictures are oriented correctly for them to display correctly.

She has made me several different albums via flash drives and depending on by mood I can easily change them out and rotate. Also by using flash drives it increases the amount photos!!! Thank you to my sweet 14 yr old for giving me this great present!!
