"Moneyball" is a term used to describe the application of statistical methods of analysis to the game of baseball, which may result in adoption of practices counterintuitive to the way baseball has been traditionally played. The movie relates how the use of these practices, which have spread throughout baseball, began in Oakland. Brad Pitt gives an understated but sensitive performance as the Athletics' general manager beset by skepticism among his own staff and a difficult personal life.

This film is as much about family and heart as it is about baseball and analytics! As good as Brad Pitt is here, and he’s quite good, it’s Jonah Hill is easily steals the show in this one. He is top notch and in rare form, a breath of fresh air from his usual comedic antics. A great film that I highly recommend to anyone, whether you’re a baseball fan or not!

This film is great. The only issue I have with the purchase is that it says that it includes digital copy but it did not have a digital copy. So I was very disappointed to find out there was no digital. Thankfully I got it for $7 so it was still a good purchase.

I always go to Best Buy. I get the best cost on my computer and T.V., for years! I always tell, my relatives and friends.
