Great Tool for keeping track of Body Fat %
This instrument is a great tool to use to keep track of your body fat %. There are approximately 10 profiles that you can save at any given time. It's also very easy to use. Every gym that I've gotten my body fat percentage checked has one. I would recommend.

Love it
I wanted something I could use to help me know I'm on-track with my lifestyle change. The scale doesn't always show quick results when you're building muscle but also losing fat. I wanted something that showed the fat was disappearing more than the pounds.

Track up the progress
The first time and second time I used this equipment was in the gym. I would not said this equipment is completely accurate on all the numbers. But as the numbers of weight and height you entered, it at least give you a estimated on your BMI, which people calculated by formula most of the time. If this is used to give yourself an idea to keep on track, this is not a bad equipment, but if you are looking for accurate fat%, this might not do all the work.
