A: All of our products that are sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage. We do not recommend using them in different countries due to the difference in voltage or the use of a converter, transformer or other electronic device with our product. Q: Will this product crush ice and how long will it run on a charge?
A: Mine crushes ice just fine. There are still little bits of ice in my smoothie, but I like it like that. I've had mine for 4.5 years.
Q: Is this particular sports bottle sold separately?
A: Apparently NOT! Their reply took 2 weeks and showed the same product with $2.00 off!
