Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides [Original Soundtrack] [CD]

Hans Zimmer flaunts his brilliance once again as he includes the well known tunes from the first three Pirates of the Caribbean films in his new film score for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. He includes the music we once associated with Barbossa and his cursed pirate crew (The Black Pearl) originally written by Klaus Badelt to create a nostalgic feel while introducing new music to the mix to follow the story line, such as the song titled "Mermaids". He includes instruments such as the Spanish guitar into music used into his past pirate films to create a new feel to an already familiar tune. An excellent example of this is the song titled "Palm Tree Escape". The music for all the Pirates of the Caribbean films has always been spectacular, and this soundtrack is no exception.
