A: It has no outputs.
Q: Would I be able to use four wireless mics with this system?
A: That really depends on the wireless mics. There are some mic packs out there that have four wireless mics with one output to the sound board, like the VocoPro 4-Channel system UPC 692868858055. But this board only has three "Mic" style inputs, the 4th and 5th channel would be for a stereo input like computer or CD player.
