First of all a friend of mine had told me to watch this and I wasn't interested, because it was about an F1 driver. I wasn't into any kind of motor racing and could care less. My friend insisted that I would like it because of the story, and she normally knows my likes. From the very start of the movie, the opening music is just gut-wrenching, the story set-up mesmerizing... I was glued. In the end what I got was priceless, the story about a great human being, whose foundation has helped millions and millions of under privileged kids, learn how to read and write. A great christian man, who fought against politics and stood up for what he believed. He fought against the French politicians who ran the sport and cheated for their driver "Prost" who was considered a great driver by most, but not in Senna's category. Senna went through all of this with grace and dignity and besides being a great human being he was the greatest F1 driver of all time. Even when he was leading races, he would go full-speed, pedal to the floor, faster than the speed of sound. No one was ever as tough and aggressive as a driver like Ayrton, nor such a beautiful person.

If you have ever wondered why men step into rolling coffins and compete against each other, This film will explain it. Read the description of this movie. It explains everthing clearly. Senna was respected as probably the best driver Formula One had ever seen, and he was a national hero in his home country Brazil. If you love racing, you owe it to yourself to buy this documentary film.
