No, it’s not The Lion King. It isn’t as good of a story as The Lion King. For a kiddo movie, it is perfect. My kids enjoy this more than the original, it is way more fun. You follow Timon and Pumba the whole time, it’s great.

Bought this for a gift. Haven't seen it myself. So I can't rate the content. I rated it as excellent because it was an easy gift to pick up for a fan of the first Lion King movie.

My grandson wanted this movie. We've watched it together several times and enjoy it every time. Perfect for spending quality time with your grandchildren

If you love lion king you'll love this movie. It's hilarious and let's you see another side of what was happening through timon and pumbas eyes

Man we love this movie! My wife and I laughed for so long during, and after this one. Great for kids and adults alike.
