It worked great for about 20 shuffles during a blackjack night, then it stopped working. I messed with the lever a bit, and it worked for like another half of a shuffle. Needless to say, I am going to have to return it.

I had to return the first shuffler I bought because it was defective. The second one seems to work much better but still gets jammed up frequentlyu.
